Brand Specific Delivery & Returns

Here’s how delivery, returns & warranty works with our partner brands, and what you can expect if something’s not quite right.


REM

Delivery

Express items are available for dispatch within 7-10 days. Bespoke item varies depending on the product and customisation, but usually 4-5 weeks. We’ll always confirm after order.

Delivered via local delivery services, or directly by REM for large/bulky items.

We’ll confirm your delivery slot in advance—someone must be available.

Missed delivery? A redelivery fee will apply.

Returns

Bespoke or custom-finish REM items are non-returnable.

Stock items may be returnable in original condition, subject to confirmation, a restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.

Faults & Damages

Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt.

If faulty, we’ll liaise with REM to sort a repair, replacement part, or exchange.

Clear photos and a short description help speed things up.

Warranty

3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

First year: parts and labor covered.

Years 2 and 3: parts only; labor costs are the customer's responsibility.

Certain items, like the Miranda Dryer and specific trolleys, have a 12-month warranty.

Warranty excludes issues from misuse, third-party transport, or wear and tear.



PJS DIRECT

Delivery

Most items are in stock and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Delivered via local courier or pallet delivery service.

Delivery slot agreed in advance—someone must be present to receive it.

Returns

Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Faults & Damages

Must be reported within 24–48 hours.

If the product is damaged or defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Warranty

Most products include a 1-year standard warranty.

THE DAYLIGHT COMPANY

Delivery

Orders placed before 11am (UK time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11am are processed the next working day.

Standard delivery time across the UK is 3–5 working days.

All Daylight products are shipped directly from the brand’s UK warehouse via local courier services.

We’ll confirm your delivery day in advance—someone must be available to receive it.
Missed delivery? Redelivery fees may apply.

Returns

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved first—items returned without approval will not be processed.

For faulty or damaged items, Daylight will either:

  • Issue a credit note, or

  • Send a replacement 

Returns for any other reason must be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Faults & Damages

Do not accept visibly damaged deliveries—please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at returns@sleeksturdy.com.

If an issue is discovered after delivery (e.g. damage, shortage, incorrect item), it must be reported within 7 days.
Clear photos and a brief description help us resolve things faster.

Warranty

Most Daylight products come with a manufacturer warranty.
If your item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please email us at returns@sleeksturdy.com as soon as the issue is identified.

 

AYALA

Delivery

In stock items are dispatched within 2 days. Express products take 2 weeks. Bespoke products take approx. 5-7 weeks from order to dispatch.

Delivered via local delivery services.

Delivery day and time are arranged with you beforehand—someone must be available to receive it.

Missed delivery? The item is returned, and a redelivery fee will apply.

Surcharges:
A.M. Delivery — GBP 18.00 per consignment
Specific timed delivery GBP 36.00 per consignment
London Congestion charge GBP 18.00 per consignment
Storage charge GBP 10.00 per week

Circumstances:
Maximum Pallet size 120 z 100 x 200 cm
Gross weight 400 kilos
Delivery with tail lift vehicle — kerbside drop off only

Returns

As all items are made to order, Ayala products are non-returnable once production has begun.

Faults & Damages

If there's a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we’ll help arrange a part exchange or replacement.

Workmanship issues or wear and tear are not covered.

Faults must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Warranty

1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.



MILA

Delivery

All Mila items are bespoke, with a lead time of approximately 7-8 weeks.

Delivered via local delivery services.

We'll schedule a delivery date/time with you. If nobody is available to receive the order, it will be returned, and a redelivery fee will apply.

A.M. Delivery — GBP 18.00 per consignment
Specific timed delivery GBP 36.00 per consignment
London Congestion charge GBP 18.00 per consignment
Storage charge GBP 10.00 per week

Returns

Mila items are non-returnable under any circumstance, as they’re all made to order.

No change-of-mind returns accepted.

Faults & Damages

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll organise a part exchange.

Issues must be flagged within 24–48 hours with photographic evidence.

Does not cover general workmanship or wear over time.
