At Sleek Sturdy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products at the best possible prices. If you find one of our products at a lower price on an approved UK online retailer’s website, we will match or even beat the price where possible.
How Our Price Match Promise Works:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.
- It must be in stock on both our website and the competitor’s website.
- The competitor must be an online-only retailer with no physical store presence.
- The price match applies to the total cost, including any delivery fees.
- The competitor’s price must be displayed in GBP for a direct comparison.
- The price match excludes discount codes, vouchers, limited-time promotions, and special offers.
- Auction sites, online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace), supermarkets, wholesale outlets, and brick-and-mortar stores are not eligible.
- Customers can request a price match on up to two products per order, with a maximum of four price-matched orders per year.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Price match requests must be made before completing a purchase—we cannot apply price matches after an order has been placed. Once approved, we will provide a draft order with the adjusted price.
- We reserve the right to decline a price match if it results in a financial loss.
