At Sleek Sturdy, we collaborate with trusted UK and European brands to bring you high-quality furniture with minimal hassle. Here’s how delivery works with our partner brands, and what you can expect if something’s not quite right. BRANDS SPECIFIC DELIVERY & RETURNS INFO!

 

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, we’ll pre-authorise your card — but don’t worry, you won’t be charged just yet. First, we’ll double-check stock with our supplier. If the item is ready to ship, we’ll process the payment and get your order moving.

If it turns out your item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and get in touch with your options.

Order Delivery

If your item is in stock, we’ll charge your card and dispatch it promptly. For made-to-order pieces, production will begin right away once your payment is processed.

You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within 6 working days (and your item isn’t bespoke), feel free to give us a nudge at info@sleeksturdy.com — we’ll look into it for you.

Damaged Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If anything looks damaged, please don’t accept the delivery — or if you discover damage later, just snap a few clear photos and send them over ASAP to info@sleeksturdy.com. We’ll take care of the insurance claim and get things sorted.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries — but please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items can no longer be cancelled or refunded, as production may already be underway.
  • Stock items may still be cancellable, but cancellations after dispatch will incur return shipping fees (if eligible for return).

If your item has already shipped, return costs will be your responsibility (where returns are accepted — see our brand-specific returns section).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Want something else instead? The smoothest way is to return your item (if eligible), and place a fresh order for the one you do want. Easy peasy.
